The Assistant Practice Manager supports daily operations within the practice by providing supervision, performing administrative tasks, and managing functions to create an efficient work environment.
The Assistant Practice Manager acts as lead during Practice Manager's absence. Provides supervision and work assignments to staff based on practice needs. Provides guidance regarding employee relations and staffing issues. Processes time ensures success of practice and management by providing overall support. Manages multiple projects and performs work assignments as needed.
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM, dayshift. Schedule may vary.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $58,198.40 - $87,755.20 annually.
Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
