Job summary

Sentara is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to oversee daily operations in the Virginia Beach practice. You will supervise staff in the absence of the Practice Manager, assign work, and guide employee relations and staffing decisions to ensure efficient service. You’ll also handle time processes and support overall practice success.

The role requires a high school diploma and several years of clerical experience, with emphasis on organization and teamwork within a healthcare setting.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $58,198.40 - $87,755.20 annually. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
