Cardinal Group Companies is seeking an Assistant Portfolio Manager (Full Time, Exempt) to oversee on-site operations across a portfolio of remote residential communities from the corporate level. The role involves coordinating with PMs, HQ, and on-site teams to maintain information, budgets, and marketing strategy.

The position requires strong communication, deadlines focus, analytical skills, and travel of 8–12 weeks per year.

Responsibilities

• Assist Portfolio Manager in maintaining all operational information (vendor contacts, employee rosters, budgets, marketing strategy) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Serve as a supplemental point of contact between the PM, Cardinal HQ and on-site teams.
• Assist in preparation and interpretation of reports for auditing community performance.
• Provide support to Community Managers to ensure policies and procedures are followed as per best practice.
• Contribute to capital improvement planning and execution of projects as needed.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
