Job summary

Corner Property Management, LLC is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee multiple community associations, ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships with Boards and homeowners. This role emphasizes collaboration, financial oversight, and vendor management, with duties spanning budgeting, reporting, and capital expenditure recommendations.

The position is hybrid/remote with travel within Somerset County, NJ, and surrounding areas as needed to support boards and communities.

Qualifications

• Strong financial knowledge with ability to read and analyze spreadsheets and budgets.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing facilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and administration of multiple community associations per agreements.
• Liaise with Board of Trustees and homeowners to ensure smooth operations.
• Direct and perform admin and management duties as requested by the Board.
• Develop and use community management tools (calendars, action lists, budgets, agendas, RFP matrixes).
• Review financial reports and submit a management summary to the Board.
• Recommend major capital expenditures to maintain appearance and operation.
• Oversee delinquency rates and collections for the portfolio.
