Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in underground/utility construction, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with growth toward a PM role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supporting underground utility, industrial, or data center construction projects.
• Experience with duct bank construction or underground utility installation.
• Assist with schedules, budgets, timekeeping, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with successful execution of underground utility and duct bank projects.
• Manage and track preconstruction documentation and project paperwork.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and material tracking; review timesheets and daily reports.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and resources for self-performed work crews.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders; provide progress updates.
• Identify risks, issues, and schedule impacts; maintain construction records.
