Tiello is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help oversee commercial construction projects in the Greater St. Louis area, from preconstruction through closeout.

You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate tasks, manage documentation, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor
• Experience supporting or managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus
• Desire to continue growing into a Project Manager role

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation
• Support project scheduling, procurement, and buyout activities
• Track budgets, change orders, and project costs
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Participate in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
• Support quality control, safety compliance, and project closeout
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
