Job summary

JARBO is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support multiple construction projects on a hyperscale data center campus in Cartersville, GA. You will assist with site logistics, utilities, and critical infrastructure while working with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.

The role offers hands-on exposure to large-scale construction, with opportunities to grow into a Project Manager position

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction experience in project engineering, coordination, or related roles.
• Experience on large-scale, data center, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and schedules.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CM software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting and closeout of multiple projects across an active data center campus.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for daily activities.
• Participate in meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination efforts.
• Track procurement, material deliveries, RFIs, submittals, and permits.
• Maintain project records, reports, and change-management documentation.
