Job summary

Jacobs is looking for a Construction Project Engineer to support their project delivery for the Hyperscale Data Center. This is an on-site role located in Jacksonville, Florida. The ideal candidate will manage project information, ensure timely project delivery, and collaborate with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with a general contractor or construction manager.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Understanding of contract documents and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in change management.
• Act in monthly cost reporting meetings.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to work effectively in a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Financial management principles understanding

Knowledge of construction cost controls

Familiarity with MEP systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
