Job summary

Edwards Construction Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

You will work with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Engineers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and architects to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience with Procore and cost control/billing
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• PMP, CMIT, or related certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of projects
• Coordinate and distribute contract documents including drawings and specifications
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and budgets
• Maintain project files and closeout documentation
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor safety, quality, and progress
