Michael Page is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a Tampa-based construction role. The successful candidate will coordinate project schedules, documentation, and communications to keep activities aligned, tracking milestones and next steps.

The position offers a permanent role with a competitive salary range of $99,000 to $121,000, plus benefits including 401(k) and healthcare, and a vehicle allowance. Experience coordinating ground-up commercial construction is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction project activities and documentation.
• Experience tracking schedules, milestones, action items, and project updates.
• Ability to review project details and maintain accurate records.
• Experience communicating with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Ability to organize meetings and follow up on deliverables.
• Ability to identify project issues and coordinate timely next steps.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and communications to keep construction activities aligned.
• Track project progress and share timely updates on milestones, open items, and next steps.
• Review project documents and maintain accurate records for construction activities.
• Work with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to address project needs and questions.
• Help organize project meetings, capture action items, and follow up on agreed deliverables.
• Monitor materials, site needs, and project details to help maintain planned work sequences.
• Identify day-to-day project issues and coordinate practical follow-up with the appropriate parties.
• Contribute to construction project closeout by organizing required project information and documentation.
