Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager based in Tampa, FL to support our commercial construction team. The role involves helping plan, manage, and execute projects, ensuring on-time completion within budget and to high quality standards.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of construction experience, a relevant degree, strong PM skills, solid communication, and a valid driver’s license with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Strong project management skills across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve issues.
• Proficiency with project management software and related tools.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-schedule and within-budget delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on progress and issues.
• Review project plans and specifications to meet requirements.
• Prepare project reports and documentation.
• Manage risks and mitigation strategies.
• Assist in procurement of materials and equipment.
• Ensure health and safety and quality standards compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes.
