Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Project Manager in Tampa-Construction to lead complex projects from planning through completion. You will set schedules, coordinate teams and partners, and manage scope and changes to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience across project phases, excellent communication, and practical problem-solving, with a track record of delivering on or ahead of schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects through multiple project phases.
• Ability to create and manage project schedules, priorities, and milestones.
• Experience coordinating construction activities across project stakeholders.
• Ability to review project scope, plans, and supporting documentation.
• Experience communicating project status, risks, and changes clearly.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day project issues with practical judgement.

Responsibilities
