Job summary

MPI is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Tampa construction projects. Lead from planning through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule and budget alignment. Develop schedules, coordinate contractors, and manage documentation and budgets.

Site visits and regular status updates are essential. Ideal candidates have ground-up commercial construction experience with multifamily preferred, plus strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Ability to create and maintain schedules and milestone tracking.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, vendors and stakeholders to keep work moving.
• Experience reviewing progress and addressing issues affecting cost, time or quality.
• Strong documentation management of plans, updates, meeting notes, and change records.
• Experience monitoring budgets and communicating cost updates to stakeholders.
• Proven site-visit oversight to verify work matches requirements.
• Excellent communication of project status throughout lifecycle.

Responsibilities
