Job summary

First Onsite is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Nashville to help turn plans into action, coordinate scopes of work, schedules, and budgets, and support crews on site. You’ll bridge leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate records and documentation that keep projects on track.

You will review subcontractor proposals, manage change orders, and ensure safety, quality, and timely project execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restoration/construction environments.
• Willingness to manage scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong record-keeping, documentation, and on-site safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management tasks including scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with leadership, crews, and subcontractors to execute work and manage change orders.
• Maintain jobsite documentation: daily logs, inventories, reports, permits, timesheets, material records.
• Ensure safety and compliance through daily safety meetings and site condition monitoring.
• Support operational needs including physical tasks, work orders, and billing reviews.
• Provide proactive updates on progress, budget, gross profit margin, and schedule risks.
• Available 24/7.
