Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of commercial construction experience (Assistant PM, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or Superintendent support).
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in interior renovations, healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial construction preferred.
• Restoration experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Helps maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Drives project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
• Demonstrates initiative and a desire to grow into a Project Manager role.
