First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead restoration and construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence. You will oversee schedules, coordinate teams, manage finances, and maintain clear communication with leadership and clients.

You will drive compliance audits, permit processes, subcontractor coordination, and change orders, while coaching staff and fostering professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation.
• Safety courses as required for the position.
• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
