WIN Waste Innovations is seeking an Assistant Plant Operator to support daily plant operations and maintenance. The role involves assisting the Plant Operator, monitoring instrument readings, and logging plant activity with accuracy.
You will participate in APC and safety inspections, operate the demineralization system, and perform water tests under supervision. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with 2 years in power plant operation or 3 years related experience, plus
Competenze
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent is desirable.
- 2 years in power plant operation or 3 years related experience.
- Mechanical skills for maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Knowledge of steam generating power plant operation.
- Positive workplace communication with colleagues and management.

- Assist Plant Operator in daily plant operation and maintenance.
