Job summary

Ashton North LLC seeks an Assist ANT Plant Manager to lead continuous improvement in production performance and customer satisfaction. You will ensure staffing, training, and execution of production plans across the Operations department, with direct supervision of supervisors and engineers.

A strong background in welding and automated assembly is required. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in automotive plant leadership, plus proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and lean quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of production leadership in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements.
• Fluent in MS Office applications.
• Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings clearly.
• Quality and lean management experience.
• Experience in welding and automated assembly is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Improve production KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure staffing and training to execute production plans.
• Complete annual training and performance reviews.
• Lead Operations staff and manage production budgets and schedules.
• Oversee hiring and training of technical production personnel.
• Align operational performance with Profit Plan targets.
• Collaborate with Plant Controller on annual budgets and cost control.
• Support safety and CI programs in manufacturing processes.
