Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the Android production operation, including materials, assembly, shipping, quality control, maintenance, and engineering. You will develop policies to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives and strengthen human resources across the plant.

You will coach the leadership team, drive lean manufacturing, and ensure ISO/IATF compliance while collaborating with Sales for capacity and pricing inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or engineering required.
• MBA preferred for leadership/strategy roles.
• Industrial experience in manufacturing leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the leadership team across plant operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee staffing to meet budgeted financial performance.
• Utilize KPIs to drive improvement and lean initiatives.
