Job summary

Sea Colony Recreational Association, Inc. in Bethany Beach, Delaware, seeks an Assistant Pickleball Professional to join its racquets team. Deliver top-notch instruction and customer service, teaching adult and junior programs, private and group lessons, and running clinics and events.

This role requires a passion for pickleball, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. CPR/AED is a plus; PPR or RSPA certification is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging pickleball programming for all ages and skill levels.
• Lead clinics, beginner lessons, drills, and social round robins.
• Provide private and semi-private lessons as requested.
• Organize and execute pickleball events, leagues, and tournaments.
• Maintain safe, welcoming, and professional court environments.
