Job summary

Addison Reserve Country Club in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Pickleball Professional to oversee daily pickleball operations, provide lessons and clinics, and assist with league and event management.

You will support Pro Shop duties, bookings, and customer service, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Certification as a teaching professional and club environment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Teaching Pro.
• Previous teaching experience in private country club or comparable environment preferred.
• Must be available for flexible hours, including night, pre-dawn, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of pickleball courts and common areas.
• Provide lessons, clinics, and assist with club functions.
• Assist with running pickleball leagues and matches.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordination of all pickleball events: clinics, open play, leagues, and social mixers.
• Assist with Pro Shop duties: answering phones, counter service, court bookings, game arranging, and customer service.
• Maintain a positive rapport with members, coworkers, and management.
• Participate in clinics or open play for the membership as requested by Head Pro.
• May be assigned to attend home and away matches for various pickleball leagues.
