Job summary

Sea Colony Recreational Association, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Pickleball Professional to join our racquets team. You will deliver high-quality instruction and customer service, teaching adult and junior players and running clinics, events and camps.

You will lead group clinics, beginner lessons, and private sessions, while maintaining a welcoming, safe court environment and working with the Director of Racquets to grow participation.

Qualifications

• Passion for pickleball with strong playing ability (4.0+ level preferred).
• Experience teaching or coaching racquet sports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PPR/RSPA certification is a plus.
• CPR/AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead group clinics and beginner lessons for all ages.
• Provide private and semi-private pickleball lessons.
• Organize events, leagues, and tournaments.
• Maintain safety and court cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners and guests.
