Job summary

Invited is seeking a Pickleball Professional to organize clinics, private lessons, and events that drive participation and enjoyment in our pickleball programs. You will actively promote pickleball memberships to potential members and serve as the club’s pickleball ambassador, enhancing the overall experience and value of the club.

Reporting to the Head Pickleball Professional or Racquet Sports Director, you will design and promote clinics and leagues for adults, juniors, and seniors, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years playing, instructing, or coaching pickleball at a competitive or club level.
• 1+ year of group clinics or instructional programs for various ages.
• 1+ year of organizing social events for members.
• Certification from a pickleball organization (PPA, USPTA, or PTR) required.

Responsibilities

• Design and promote pickleball clinics, private lessons, and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors.
• Provide instruction for private and group pickleball lessons and drills.
• Organize leagues, round robins, drops-in, ladders, and tournaments to boost participation.
• Promote memberships and serve as the club's pickleball ambassador.
• Maintain facilities and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
