Publix Pharmacy in Johnson City, TN is seeking an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team, deliver patient-centered care, and oversee MTM, immunizations, and counseling services. The role emphasizes mentorship, clinical excellence, and community health engagement.

You will drive inventory control, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic initiatives across Publix Pharmacy. A strong leadership mindset and pharmacist licensure are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions or restrictions related to health insurance programs.
• Preferred immunizing pharmacist status or ability to become immunizer.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pharmacy department and support pharmacist-on-duty.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy services including counseling and MTM.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive inventory management and reduce shrink while ensuring patient care.
