Job summary

Publix Pharmacy is seeking an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team and ensure exceptional patient care. You will oversee pharmacist-on-duty operations, schedule tasks, and drive fulfillment of clinical services such as MTM and immunizations.

You will mentor staff, maintain inventory, and implement programs to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• No active suspensions, sanctions, or other restrictions related to participation in a private, federal, or state health insurance program at hire and thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy department in the pharmacist-on-duty role and set priorities for the team.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service with counseling and MTM clinical services.
• Mentor and develop a high-functioning pharmacy team and drive operational excellence.
