Publix Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Associate with leadership responsibilities in a patient-centric environment. The role focuses on clinical services like immunizations and MTM, while managing inventory and mentoring staff.

The position emphasizes building relationships with customers, driving pharmacy programs, and maintaining flexibility to meet community health needs. Strong license and supervisory capabilities are essential for success.

Competenze

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must have and maintain an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have active suspensions or other restrictions related to participation in health programs.
• Must not have an unacceptable result on a company drug test within the last three years.

• Be dedicated to the overall pharmacy department success, including strategy execution and staff development in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service, counsel patients, build relationships and promote loyalty.
• Mentor and develop the pharmacy team with developmental opportunities and challenging assignments.
• Inspire the team to achieve department goals and implement programs and processes.
• Manage department performance, scheduling and task assignment to meet complex operations on time.
• Understand metrics related to sales and service to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Serve as an expert on the pharmacy technology system for routine and complex processing.
• Excel in pharmacy inventory operations and minimize shrink while meeting customer needs.
• Advance MTM and immunization initiatives and participate in local health events.
• Maintain a flexible work-week schedule to meet customer needs and support duties.
