Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Missouri is looking for an Assistant Personal Training Manager to support a high-performance PT culture. You’ll lead the PT team, develop staff, generate clients, and schedule sessions while managing PT services and the dotFIT program.

You will drive new client acquisition, oversee revenue and supplement sales, and maintain high standards for client records and progress tracking within a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
• Ability to demonstrate integrity and judgment that inspires trust
• Must have basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members
• Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients
• Drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly and monthly new client targets
• Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness – Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Coaching and Accountability
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to; dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking
• Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities with PTM assistance
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
• Report to the Managing Partner and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans
• Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones
• Inform members of all fitness tools and programs available to assist in achieving goals
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients and all members of facility
• Assist in member service activities, such as fitness seminars, boot camps, body fat tables
• Design comprehensive fitness programs using company-provided tools (i.e. dotFIT)
• Schedule all personal training sessions, appointments, and administration time using company systems
• Execute on Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Personal Trainer Business Plan
• Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
