Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of fitness industry and business drivers needed.

• Maintain personal training client roster and administer services.
• Drive new client acquisition and retention targets.
