Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Moore, OK seeks an Assistant Personal Training Manager to lead a high-performance PT team, develop staff, and drive client growth. You’ll support the PT Manager, schedule sessions, oversee the dotFIT program and supplement sales to boost club results.

You’ll coach PT staff, ensure top-tier service, and hit new client targets while maintaining quality records and KPI-driven performance in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required
• Integrity and sound judgment are essential
• Basic understanding of fitness industry, market and key business drivers

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all PT team members
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience by coaching and guiding to acquire PT clients
• Drive Crunch One Kickoff appointments and achieve weekly/monthly new client targets
• Counsel members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness—Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Coaching
• Ensure accurate administration of PT services including dotFIT program and supplements, client programming and progress tracking
• Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs with PTM assistance
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours
• Report to the Managing Partner and Personal Training Manager on key results
• Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff
• PT responsibilities include delivering comprehensive fitness programs and tracking progress
