Job summary

Nando’s in Arlington is seeking an Assistant Patrão (Assistant General Manager) to lead weekly shifts, coach Nandocas, and drive excellence across service, hospitality, and operations. You will partner with the Patrão to develop people, improve KPIs, and sustain a high‑energy, guest‑centric environment.

You will oversee deployment, training cadence, scheduling fairness, and daily operations, ensuring a consistently brilliant guest experience from dine‑in to takeout and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant experience with shift leadership responsibilities.
• Serv Safe Manager certification required; Allergen Awareness and Alcohol Safety certifications recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly shifts, coach team members, and ensure brand standards.
• Develop Nandocas, hire and onboard, and support scheduling to optimize labor and guest experience.
• Protect food safety, operations, and audit routines while achieving KPI targets.
