Job summary

You will train new employees, cover breaks, manage labels and changeovers, monitor waste, and participate in daily sensory audits to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily positions to production employees.
• Coordinate and cover production breaks.
• Print and manage all case and pallet labels.
• Verify product codes and ensure label codes on cases.
• Assist with LOTO procedures during cleans and lead cleaning activities.
• Notify warehouse of materials needed.
• Track and manage waste for the shift.
• Set up production lines with proper equipment.
• Train and develop new employees through established processes.
• Participate in daily sensory audits with the production team.
• Review production schedules and prepare for changeovers.
• Ensure production lines are running at optimal speeds.
• Work with the Quality team to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
