Responsibilities

• Supervise fulfillment processes and lead warehouse teams.
• Act as project manager for assigned initiatives.
• Lead and develop all warehouse staff and leaders.
• Master warehouse systems and IT processes within the facility.
• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Generate reports for internal and external audiences.
• Perform administrative tasks (timecards, vacation tracking, etc.).
• Oversee forklift operations and equipment safety.
• Travel as required by company leadership.
• Implement process improvements and drive ongoing optimization.
