Job summary

Ubiquiti Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to lead our facility's fulfillment processes on day shifts, Monday through Friday, with potential extra hours and weekends. The role requires proven operational leadership to drive improvements and achieve company goals.

You will supervise warehouse teams, manage IT and logistics systems, and coordinate with partners. Strong English, 3–5 years in manufacturing/logistics, and readiness for physical duties are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in manufacturing or logistics with leadership experience.
• Ability to work safely with limited supervision.
• Ability to perform college-level math and use a computer.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs, push/pull up to 80 lbs, and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment processes and supervise all warehouse activities.
• Act as project manager for assigned projects and as Acting Operations Manager when needed.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff; build teams.
• Manage IT systems, data, inventory, and logistics software within the facility.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
