Requirements/Qualifications

1. Ambition - Our team rocks and loves to achieve and succeed!
2. A genuine interest in photography, videography, and real estate - we want you to love the industry and relate to our clients. If you watch Chip and Jo reruns, you are probably a good fit.
3. 2-3 years of photography and/or videography experience required. Experience does not have to be real estate specific, but must be in commercial media production.
4. 2+ years of experience as a trainer is required.
5. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
6. Must be coachable and willing to follow systems and processes.
7. Have a great attitude - you are a good vibes only type of person.
8. Must be super competitive - you want to win, you want to grow (personally and professionally), and you want your teammates to win too!
9. Have a belief in good old fashioned quality customer service.
10. Have reliable transportation.
11. Must obtain the Part 107 remote drone pilots license (must be completed prior to start date).
12. This position requires you to work at the FPM office and in the field at photo shoots.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Learn how to capture all media to FPM’s standards.
2. Deliver an outstanding experience to customers at all times.
3. Serve as the photographer of choice for special projects.
4. Train photographers/drone pilots according to FPM's standards, policies, and processes.
5. Manage other trainers and ensure all FPM standards, policies, and processes are being taught properly.
6. Hold the team accountable for continuing to follow FPM standards, policies, and processes.
7. Contribute to the positive vibe and high energy of the team!
8. Identify and develop leaders that can become trainers.
9. Serve as the area manager's right hand teammate.
10. Address customer escalations and diffuse situations where we might have missed the mark - then ensure we don't make the same mistake in the future!
11. Track weekly stats and numbers to ensure the location is on track for success.
12. Attend weekly management meetings to discuss stats and receive coaching from the district manager.
13. Contribute to weekly team photographer meetings to educate, inspire, and motivate the photography team.
14. Perform quality assurance reviews of media and ensure on time delivery of all media to customers daily.
15. Includes every other Saturday morning (can be completed remotely).
16. Take ownership of complex issues and find resolutions.
