Responsibilities

• Assist in workforce management including recruitment and performance management.
• Oversee location operations: productivity, workflow, staffing, inventory, fleet, and customer service levels.
• Ensure safe working environment through compliance and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, HR, and Corporate Operations to provide a profitable customer service model.
• Monitor KPIs and operating expenses monthly.
• Assist in building and maintaining Viking Electric assets and facilities.
