Job summary

True Health, Central Florida's health center, is hiring an Assistant Manager (Operations) in Orlando. The role oversees administrative duties, patient flow, and front-office efficiency at Southside Health Center.

You will collaborate with leaders, manage PSRs and office staff, verify eligibility and data in the EMR, and support the clinical team across locations. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years of professional customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English, Spanish or Creole preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative duties and center efficiency.
• Monitor the schedule for efficient workflow through check-in/out.
• Manage Patient Service Representatives and lead coordinators.
• Verify data, registrations, and eligibility in EMR.
• Handle patient questions, complaints, and referrals.
• Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration across locations.
• Support clinical team as needed and ensure compliant operations.
• Attend meetings and participate in staff development.
