Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin seeks an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for recreation and event programming. You will manage staff, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and ensure exceptional guest experiences under the Operations Manager.

You’ll act as Manager on Duty in absence of the Operations Manager, driving operational excellence in a fast-paced, guest-focused outdoor recreation and hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ management experience in a high-volume concession or catering environment.
• Knowledge of standard food and beverage equipment, inventory, cost control, and purchasing.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong financial acumen; analytical and detail‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train team members.
• Monitor team performance and issue corrective counseling as needed.
• Complete timekeeping and payroll processes, including writing work schedules and approving time.
• Verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at conclusion of shift.
• Ensure all areas remain clean and stocked; follow all health codes and sanitation regulations.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this dynamic leadership role, you will help oversee daily operations for Titletown’s recreation and event programming, with direct responsibility for staff management, scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and delivering exceptional guest experiences under the direction of the Operations Manager.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the park, while also supporting the management of 46 Below Café. As a trusted member of the leadership team, you will serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Operations Manager and help drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, hands‑on leader who thrives in outdoor recreation, hospitality, and event‑driven settings.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 – $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
