Job summary

The Cleaning Authority - Fort Lauderdale is seeking a motivated Assistant Operations Manager to lead a team, support customers, and drive growth across Broward County. You will inspect quality at customer homes, schedule routes, and manage CRM records.

Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus. The role includes local travel, hires/onsite team support, and opportunities for advancement. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, office management, or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable car.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Customer Growth & Sales: follow up on leads, convert prospects, handle inquiries, schedule estimates, contact past customers, and improve acquisition and conversion rates.
• Customer Service & Retention: resolve concerns, follow up for satisfaction, reduce cancellations, and improve retention.
• Team Leadership & Recruiting: conduct phone screens/interviews, assist onboarding/training, support performance and retention, improve workplace culture.
• Operations Management: manage daily cleaning schedules, coordinate routes and team assignments, perform quality inspections, maintain CRM records, assist with operational improvements and special projects.
