Job summary

The Cleaning Authority in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an experienced Residential Cleaning Trainer to lead and coach our cleaning team. This hands-on role trains new hires in the field, demonstrates our Detail-Clean Rotation System, and rides with trainees during their first five days to ensure quality.

You must have at least 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience, be bilingual in English and Spanish, own a reliable vehicle, and be at least 21. Weekdays, no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of verified residential cleaning experience
Strong communication and coaching skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Reliable personal vehicle, valid U.S. driver's license, and clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Train new employees in the field through hands-on, side-by-side coaching
Demonstrate and enforce our Detail-Clean Rotation System
Ride along with new hires during their first five days on the job
Provide ongoing performance feedback and report progress to management
Help maintain team quality standards across all routes
