United Prairie Bank in Mankato, MN is hiring an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager, oversee daily bank operations, and serve as a key resource for non-lending core systems, technology, and products.

This full-time role leads the Call Center staff and collaborates with branch, operations, technology, and other teams to drive efficient, compliant service and continuous improvement. Annual compensation range is $66,655-$99,217.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, banking, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of banking experience in deposit operations, branch operations, digital banking, teller operations, or related banking functions preferred.
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bank operations and support the Operations Manager.
• Manage Call Center staff and collaborate with branch, operations, technology, and other teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Assist with implementing operational changes, including new products, technology enhancements, and procedures.
• Provide backup for designated Operations Specialist duties and ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
