United Prairie Bank is seeking a Market President for the Owatonna, MN location. This full-time role provides leadership, strategic direction, and public representation to drive profitability and growth in the market.

You will lead lending activities, supervise lenders, ensure credit quality, and coordinate marketing and networking to promote quality lending and portfolio growth. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/Economics or a related field required.
• 10+ years of banking experience
• 5-7 years in a management capacity
• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
• Problem solving skills to find effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the market location with positive leadership and guidance to ensure profitability and growth.
• Direct lending, supervise lenders, monitor credit quality and collections.
• Lead loan review, marketing efforts, and networking with prospective customers.

United Prairie Bank is hiring a Market President in our Owatonna branch. This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, located in Owatonna MN.

Job Overview:

In this position you will be responsible for overseeing the market location, including providing positive, proactive and consistent leadership, direction, public representation, and guidance in order to assure short- and long-range profitability and planned growth and prosperity of the bank.

You will be responsible for direct lending, supervising lenders, credit quality, collection functions, loan review, marketing efforts, networking and making calls on prospective customers, to promote quality lending to maintain loan growth and a quality portfolio.

Annual Base Compensation Range: $137,058-$210,738. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
