Who We Are Looking For

The Assistant Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager supervises key SOC elements on behalf of the SOC Project Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing technical tools, processes, SOPs, training, testing, and quality assurance. The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders and may serve as the acting Project Manager in their absence. Flexibility in work hours and emergency call-ins are expected.

What You Will Work On

1. Develop and manage processes ensuring operational continuity, especially those with technical dependencies.
2. Serve as the SOC contact for security and fire safety systems, coordinating with stakeholders.
3. Manage technologies used in the SOC for effective use by personnel.
4. Oversee training development and record-keeping for SOC staff.
5. Act as Project Manager in their absence.
6. Respond to emergencies and serve as an Operator as needed.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Create and edit SOPs.

What You Will Bring

1. Graduate degree or equivalent experience in management, security, emergency management, criminal justice, or related fields. Relevant certifications are valued.
2. At least three years of related experience.
3. Experience in watch operations, security management, and supervising personnel.
4. Knowledge of security, fire safety systems, and crisis management.
5. Project management, security operations, and training experience.
6. Ability to manage QA processes.
