Are you ready to get your hands dirty creating stunning showroom experiences? This role is perfect for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and enjoys being on the move. Working alongside the Visual team, you’ll frequently travel to our showrooms, managing showroom setups, installations, and temporary labor. This is a physical, hands-on role involving lifting, moving, and rearranging large furniture pieces to create beautiful, customer-ready displays.

What You Do
  • Partner with the Visual team on showroom setup and breakdowns.
  • Visit showrooms before and after trade shows to manage inventory movements, including bringing in new products and removing discontinued items.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site temporary staff during showroom installations.
  • Manage order writing, tracking, shipping, and receiving of showroom inventory, product samples, marketing materials, and special projects. Transfer excess inventory to retail stores and outlets.
  • Assist Regional Visual Managers with store openings and major floor resets.
  • Support the Marketing Fulfillment Team as directed.
  • Assist with special events at the Corporate Headquarters (e.g., Garden Party, Christmas Party).
  • Support the Brand Marketing Operations Manager.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
  • Experience in project or marketing management preferred.
  • Warehouse or showroom experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift or team lift 50 lbs and travel 50% of the time.
  • Strong attention to accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with expected overtime during travel.
