The Assistant Operations Manager - Housekeeping is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire housekeeping area, including public areas and night cleaning. This requires a solid understanding of housekeeping operations and safety procedures. Experience with VIP guests, foreign dignitaries, etc., is helpful. Responsibilities may include staff training, development, and scheduling. The Assistant Operations Manager promotes an atmosphere that ensures customer and staff satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and requires a strong attention to detail and effective communication with guests, other departments, and team members.
Salary range for this role is $64,350 – 70,000. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.
