Job summary

Delaware North is hiring part-time Cafe Attendants for 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, WI. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean, efficient cafe environment while ensuring great guest experiences.

This is a tipped position with a base pay of $15.00 per hour; tipped earnings are additional. Flexible, part-time shifts are available including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Friendly, guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to serve food/bev following sanitation standards.
• Comfort operating a POS system and handling transactions.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Cafe Attendants to join our team at 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage items while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

Pay

$15.00 - $15.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any questions in a friendly manner
• Serve food and beverage items following proper sanitation guidelines
• Participate in the set-up of cafe, arrange inventory, and notify staff and lead of any inventory shortages
• Maintain a clean appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system

Physical requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift stock up to 35 pounds occasionally
• May be required to work in narrow spaces or variable temperatures depending on the season
