If you're an Assistant Office Supervisor looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Assistant Office Supervisor to work in our fast-paced Buckhead, GA office. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p.

How You’ll Contribute:
  1. Provides management and direction for the offices in all areas of local operations including employee supervision, training and development, patient satisfaction, quality assurance, financial integrity of the assigned site, and facility appearance & maintenance.
  2. Works alongside the administrative team, assisting in insurance verifications, authorizations, scheduling, and other office duties as needed.
  3. Routinely travels amongst office locations approximately 50% of work time.
  4. Organizes the responsibilities of assigned staff to increase efficiency and best utilize their skills and abilities.
  5. Coordinates and facilitates the effective delivery of patient services within the assigned work area by monitoring patient flow and program operations.
  6. Works in close collaboration with the Office Supervisor and other management team members to promote open communication, ensure high-quality patient care, and facilitate revenue growth.
  7. Ensures employee compliance with company policies.
  8. Sets goals for staff and motivates them to achieve these goals.
  9. Provides backup support to the Office Supervisor, assisting in overseeing staff to improve operational efficiencies and service delivery.
  10. Writes and administers performance appraisals for staff.
What You'll Bring:
  1. Associate’s degree in business administration or relevant field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
  3. Prior supervisory/management experience and leadership qualities.
  4. Experience with insurance verifications, authorizations, scheduling, and front office duties.
  5. Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
  6. Financial experience, including budgeting and accounting.
  7. Ability to work in a team and promote team building.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  9. Experience in quality improvement, customer service, and conflict resolution.
  10. High bias for action, thoroughness, and ability to foster team synergy.
