We are seeking a results-driven Dental Assistant Office Manager who is people-oriented, has a proven track record of exceeding expectations, and possesses excellent communication skills along with a strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment that provides consistent feedback.
As a Dental Assistant Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the business office, including patient and employee relations; overseeing marketing and communication efforts; scheduling follow-up appointments; submitting dental insurance claims; verifying patient insurance; and assisting the Practice Manager in achieving overall results. This role may require occasional travel to sister offices in the South Denver Colorado metro area.
The Dental Assistant Office Manager will report directly to the Regional Manager and play a key role in setting the tone when the Practice Manager is unavailable. You will be a vital resource in helping us uphold our core value of prioritizing our patients' and staff's experience. We are a dentist-led, team-centric family practice dedicated to being the best office to work for in the Denver area.
