Overview

ProDriven Global Brands is currently looking for an Office Manager/HR Coordinator to join our team in Itasca, IL. This role will serve as the main contact with the Hamilton Lakes building teams and be the point person for office-related communications. It is an integral part of the culture and the go-to person for team members traveling to the office. Must be a self-motivated multitasker excited about partnering with all levels of the organization. The current incumbent is moving into an HR role, creating this position. This role is ideal for an experienced and dynamic office manager seeking growth or someone looking to start a career in HR.

Responsibilities

Administrative/Office Support:

  • Provide light administrative support for larger gatherings and meetings across all departments
  • Support the NA Events Committee
  • Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment
  • Manage daily shipping/receiving from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS to support office departments
  • Analyze incoming mail and determine appropriate actions
  • Ensure efficient daily operation of the collaboration space and department functions, including supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain a dedicated presence in the building

HR Support:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding of new hires
  • Respond to AskHR inquiries as needed
  • Support HR team projects
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • College degree preferred or relevant education and experience
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $41,000 - $76,000
