This role supports a private, family-led organization that operates at the intersection of business, philanthropy, and personal affairs. Hours & Pay:
Pay Rate: $43-$45/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Additional Expectations: Flexibility for domestic travel (up to 20%) and overtime as needed
Employment Type: Temporary - 3-month assignment
Position Overview:
This isn't your average admin role. As Senior Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted right hand-navigating a dynamic, multi-faceted schedule; coordinating travel, events, and logistics; managing personal and professional correspondence; and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across multiple residences and projects. You'll need at least 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives and possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
From overseeing private art collections and managing household staff to preparing the Principal for high-stakes meetings and coordinating private travel, you'll be the glue that keeps it all together-always with tact, foresight, and excellence.
