Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient chart audits to ensure proper documentation and consistency with patients’ treatment plans, demonstrating problem-solving skills to improve office efficiency.
  • Engage effectively in teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment while working under the direction of the office manager.
  • Coordinate scheduling, payments, and insurance verification with adaptability and dependability.
  • Bring a positive attitude that fosters connections and valuable relationships with team members and patients.
  • Practice flexibility by filling in for the office manager when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4 years of related experience.
  • Experience managing in a dental or similarly fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new programs.
  • Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance is preferred.
